Jean-Philippe Girard, Chairman and Chief Executive
Jean-Philippe Girard began his career in 1980 at Grandes Minoteries Dijonnaises.
In 1984, he took over as head of quality and development in the Interfarine Group. In 1989, he left the group to found Eurogerm, where he is Chairman and Chief Executive.
Jean-Philippe Girard also manages ACG Participation, a company directly or indirectly holding most of the Company’s share capital. In addition, he is Chairman of Banque Populaire de Bourgogne Franche-Comté and Vice Chairman of the Association Nationale des Industries Alimentaire (ANIA, the French Food Industry Association). |

Benoît
Huvet, Deputy Chief Executive
With a Master’s degree in natural sciences and postgraduate business studies at the ESC Reims (CEFA) group, Benoît Huvet began his career in 1985 as a department head in Grindsted, the French subsidiary of the Danish Danisco Group.
In 1990, he became Food Ingredients Manager then national sales manager in the industry division of CPC France (Best Food France). In 1993, he became a manager in the Food Ingredients division of the American FMC group.
He joined Eurogerm in 1996, became a shareholder and took on general and operational management of the Group in 2003. |
